Allyson McKay leads all owned and third-party assets of the EMBREY Management Services division, with a focus on enhancing value through timely lease-up, efficient management of longterm holds, and the continued growth of third-party management partnerships. Her operational leadership reflects EMBREY’s commitment to integrity, collaboration, and service excellence, helping drive performance across the company’s owned portfolio and expanding roster of third-party clients. She currently oversees 15,000 multifamily units across our markets with 400 team members. Under her leadership, EMBREY’s management team has earned national recognition for its best-in-class service and operational performance.

Prior to joining EMBREY, Allyson served as Senior Vice President – Southwest Region for Lincoln Property Company, where she oversaw approximately 45,000 multifamily units across Central Texas, Arizona, Colorado, and Southern California, while supervising more than 500 onsite and corporate team members. Previously, she served as Executive Director at Fort Sam Houston Family Housing LP in San Antonio, where she was responsible for developing business plans involving multimillion-dollar capital enhancement initiatives.

Allyson is a Certified Property Manager® (CPM) and a recognized leader within the multifamily industry. She served as the 2015 President of the San Antonio Apartment Association and currently serves as a board member and active participant with the Texas Apartment Association. She is also involved with both the San Antonio and Austin Apartment Associations. In 2022, she received the Stanley Hammer Award from the San Antonio Apartment Association, recognizing outstanding contributions to the apartment industry through ethical leadership and service. In 2025, she was honored with a Women’s Leadership Award from the San Antonio Business Journal. Allyson attended the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University.
