Beginning in early September, ground will break on Cannery at The Packing District, a luxury Class A multifamily project developed by Embrey Partners, Ltd., a nationally recognized residential developer since 1974.
“We are proud to be part of advancing the vision of Dr. Phillips Charities for this newest community in Orlando,” said Brad Knolle, Executive Vice President for Development with Embrey. “Our plan calls for the construction of luxury residences that we believe will help define the best of The Packing District.”
The residential complex will be located in the heart of The Packing District alongside a grocery store, restaurants and a replica of the original Dr. Phillips Juice Stand at the NE corner of Princeton St. and N. Orange Blossom Tr.
The project will offer 307 units, with some ready for lease by the second quarter of 2021.
Amenities include a pool and courtyard; two additional courtyards with entertainment areas; a lounge with roof deck; a resident lounge, a Wi-Fi lounge and game room; fitness facility with yoga and spin rooms; a dog park and dog wash; a bike shop; micro offices and a package room.
Dr. Phillips President and CEO Ken Robinson said Embrey is a “key partner for The Packing District who we believe will really help our vision of community, health and wellness come alive.”
