Tin Top Flats at The Creamery, a premier multifamily development in San Antonio, Texas, has earned top recognition from the Texas Association of Builders (TAB) for Best Architectural Design.

The Star Award was presented to Humphrey & Partners Architects in San Antonio, which supported the EMBREY vision for the Tin Top project. “Our Tin Top project near the Pearl has earned the admiration of the nearby community and civic and governmental leaders as a unique and beautiful addition to the neighborhood,” said Jimmy McCloskey, Executive Vice President of Development for EMBREY. “We want to add our congratulations to Humphrey & Partners Architects for the outstanding creative work they did for the project that led to this well-deserved recognition.” The highly coveted Star Awards have been given annually since 1992 as the only statewide tribute to excellence in the homebuilding industry recognizing excellence in all areas of the residential construction industry.

Tin Top at The Creamery is part of “The Creamery,” a mixed-use project to redevelop and revitalize the historic Borden Dairy plant. The Creamery covers five acres along the San Antonio River and consists of retail and office space, as well restaurants and an outdoor plaza. The project has easy access to Hwy 281, and close proximity to San Antonio’s most beloved destinations such as The Alamo, the San Antonio River Walk, and the Pearl.
